It was a fine sunny day. One of my friend was preparing for an interview and I was helping her for the preparation as per the job description posted. Then she asked me the questions that she can ask the employer and I felt this can be the interesting part to understand the project and company policies ahead. Not only, preparing answers for the interview but asking questions even plays a key role during an entire interview process. After some research, I came across the list of questions that I felt must be shared with you in this blog. This will help us to understand the company, team, its profile and we can make a strong decision depending on the replies that we have received.
