Trick To Fall Asleep In Minutes
In today’s generation of technology, I feel falling asleep easily is the hardest thing for most of us. And the sleeping process is the most important part of our routine. Our next mornings are usually dependent on how we slept the other night. Even though I faced this problem for many years but then my grandmother shared a trick with me that helped me a lot to improve my sleeping patterns. This is a trick from my grandmother who belongs to a military family and she learned this from her parents. Every day, I learned and applied it and learned to sleep in minutes, in any kind of setting. No medication is needed, but this approach needs practice. This technique will not only help you to sleep easily but also improve your sleeping patterns. The research says that having sound sleep at night helps the brain to be more active in the mornings.
Technique:
Lie down or sit down and close your eyes, then breathe in as deeply as you can and count as air enters your body. Most people don’t last longer than 5 seconds (I get there until 8). Then keep the air in your lungs for 5 seconds. Now expire and count again at the same time. Counting relaxes your mind and reduces stress. Breathing slows down your heart rate and a feeling of calm spreads inside your body.
When I began to use this approach every day, after 10–15 repetitions, I fell asleep. Now? Now? After just 3 repetitions, I fell asleep. The feeling is pretty weird because I wake up unexpectedly, it’s the next morning, and I can’t remember how I fell asleep.
Give it a try. You will observe the change in your sleeping patterns over some time.
Have a nice sleep!!
